The TruContour lumbar support pillow was designed with input from a Board Certified Neurologist. It should be placed under the lower back in the back or side sleeping positions, and under the stomach when sleeping on the stomach. The pillow works by providing additional support to the thoracic and lumbar curves in the back and stomach sleeping positions, and helps to keep the spine level in the side sleeping position.
Available in two levels of support: Light and the new Super Lumbar. The Super Lumbar offers anywhere from light to significant support because it consists of two foam pieces of different thicknesses and allows for the height to be adjusted by removing either inner foam piece (if the full height offers too much support).
Constructed of medical grade memory foam to maximize both comfort and support. Covered by a super-soft, machine washable velour cover. Both pillow and case are hypoallergenic.
