Barrister & Mann is the the result of the founder s need to cope with extremely sensitive skin. The founder spent 5 months testing different formulas in the kitchen of a tiny apartment in Boston, researching different ingredients and experimenting with different ratios until a soap that produced a lovely, slick, creamy lather that didn t dry the skin was created. Barrister and Mann was launched in March of 2013 from Boston, Massachussetts. Barrister & Mann later developed alcohol-free aftershaves and a beard oil, and most recently have begun selling alcohol-based aftershave splashes as well. The business has grown and is now a family operation and they continue to expand both their staff and their wonderful product line.
