1. Refund and return policy only applies on the products that will receive as faulted, damaged, malfunction, or wrong.
2. Customer need to notify us on receiving any such faulted product, within 3 days after receiving the product. After 3 days, the return or refund claim will consider as invalid.
3. Consumer will bear all shipping costs for the return.
4. Products must be returned in the exact condition as received. It must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity).
5. Before to use any electronic product make sure not to plugging in an 110V electronic appliance into a 220V socket, otherwise we will not responsible for any refund or return
If you receive Malfunctioned product, then you need to provide us the complete detail within 3 days of delivery. Our team will share the detail with the supplier or vender and confirm the validity of refund or return within 5 to 10 days.
If you receive damaged products, then you need to send the product back to us with 2 to 3 days. Our team will check and validate the damage then proceed further for return or refund.
If you receive any wrong or expired item, then you need to inform us within 3 working days, so we can take immediate action to assist buyer.
Electronic product should not plug in into high voltage socket, as it causes damage. In such case, refund and return become invalid.
Refund and return policy is not applied for some products, such as,

· DVDs, CDs
· Video games
· Products without any Serial number or UPC
· Items with tag “This product is not eligible for returns”
