HOW TO USE:
1. Test a small amount of AcuSpa Hot Cream to a desired area to determine how much "heat" you can handle. Once on the skin, rub to activate the lotion. Wait a few minutes to allow the hot cream to activate and decide your comfort level. Amount of hot cream will vary between individuals.
2. Once AcuSpa Hot Cream is applied to desired area, take the anti cellulite cup and gently squeeze the middle and place the lips of the cup on the skin and release to create a vacuum.
3. Gently move the cups in straight lines or circular movements. You can adjust the amount of suction to your comfort level. For beginners, use less suction.
4. Repeat every day 4-8 minutes for best results. Got to use it for it to work!
5. Do not touch eyes or other orifices with hot cream. Wash your hands after each use.
