A: Put your finger between L and R earbud, push right to take out R earphone, push left to take the L one.
Q: How to ensure a HiFi Sound quality
A: The key to ensure sound quality is the fit of the foam or rubber to the listener, kindly choose suitable earpiece to wear, or you may lose up to 30-75% of sound quality.
Q: Why could I hear the microphonic issue when wear the earbuds in walking?
A: Some customers may have this issue when wear rubber earbuds, we suggest to change to foam one to check.
Q: When press the button, my ear doesn’ t feel comfortable.
