FAQ:
Does not work?
A: 1. download app veryfit for heart rate from apple store or google play.
2. turn on phone bluetooth, go to the App=>>Device=>>Bind Device, then search and pair the device with your phone.
3. once it paired correctly, the bracelet vibrates, the time on the bracelet will be auto synchronized with phone s.
Q: Can t pair the device?
A: 1. check phone bluetooth list, forget all device ever connected.
2. go to app=>>device=>>unbind device, unbind it.
3. turn off app then turn back, restart bluetooth and pair from app again.
Q: No history data?
A: On the app Home page, drag it down slowly to release refresh till it shows 100% synced. Click the arrow under Today to choose a history date, then click "go to the day".
Q: Step not accurate?
A: Please enable Sports Mode when go for peak exercise: long press the side key for 8 seconds till it shows 00:00.0, then double click to start monitoring. It will help to get more accurate countings.
Q: How to cut it off?
A: unbind the watch with your phone first, then press the side button(about 8 seconds) till a car icon comes to turn it off.
Q: This activity bracelet will not stay charged. The charge only lasts for one day.
A: The device needs to be charged for 1-2 hour, a full charge lasts for 5 days or more. Please check whether it s fully charged on app=>>device=>>battery status.
