Q: The step counter is not accurate.
A: 1. it s programed to accumulate steps after people walked over 30 steps, this is to distinguish whether you re walking or just waving hands. For example, it s 0 step now, when you walked 20 steps, it shows from 0,1,2,3.....till 20. If you stop moving, it will back to 0. Less than 30 steps will be ignored. A normal walking will take no less than 30 steps in most cases.
2. Please input correct user info on the app setting: age, hight, weight, sex. More correct, it counts more accurate.
Q: Stopped working after 2 days.
A: If can t turn on it s possibly out of power: charge it for 2 hours with its 3 pin charger on a direct USB charger(better than PC). If not solved, please e-mail us with detailed problems.
Q: It stopped counting steps after the day switched. It sits at 0 steps all day.
Solutions: 1. All fitness tracker data(steps,calorie etc) will return to zero at the beginning of the next day, it starts to count after you move. You can check daily history data on the app, please remember to drag down the arrow button to release refresh till it shows 100% sync.
2. If you walk less than 30 steps, the steps will not be added.
Q: heart rate and steps isnt right.
A: put the device close to your skin, wait about 15 seconds till the heart rate stays at a number.
Q: Heart rate remains at 80-100 even during peak exercise when other monitors show 140-160.
A: Please put the device to Sports Mode while exercising, long press the screen it vibrates and shows 00:00.0, then double click to start monitoring.
Q: I touch the screen and it hardly ever turns on.
A: 1. maybe it s out of power, charge it for 2 hours. Once get charged, the screen will be activated.
2. there s a program you can understand it as palm rejection. Double touch the screen to exit.
3. press the buttom on the tracker s right side to turn on the screen.
