Question 1: Do I need to install an APP for this device?
Answer: You should install the App: "i-USB Storer" for iPhone/iPad. When you insert it to your iPhone/iPad, there is a pop-up window to lead you to install the App. You can also download the APP from the APP store manually. You don t need to install any APP for Android Cell Phone.
Question 2: My iPhone can t detect the device, what should I do?
Answer: Please take off the case and try again. If the case is too thick, the lightning adapter may not be longer enough.
Question 3: Only a small part of pictures can be displayed on the APP. For example, there are over 1000 pictures on my iPhone. But It only shows 100 pictures on the APP.
