The power bank has 2 output ports to charge laptop.
One is 12V, which also fits 12±2V;
The other is 20V, which also fits 20±2V.
So, check which plug is suitable for your laptop. After you make the power bank connected with your laptop, you need to press the button to turn it on, but no need to press when charging smartphones.
The power bank supports 12V*2.5A=30W（maximum up to 35W） and 20V*3A=60W(maximum up to 80W), and it does work well within these numerals.

If your laptop turn off automatically for several seconds or minutes, it may caused by overcurrent protection. Please close the screen of your laptop, and then use our power bank to charge the laptop.
