What is noteworthy when using??
No matter your phone has a case or not when wireless charging, please always focus on aiming Qi receiver coil (the cross star) to the middle of Qi charger (but not focus on the Phone) and make sure the case not thicker than 8mm.
How to identify the problem comes from receiver or charger when Qi wireless charging is abnormal?
#1 Put the Qi receiver ONLY (don t attach it to any devices) on the Qi charger, and aim the coil part of the Qi receiver to the middle of the Qi charger.
If the blue breathing (charging indicator) light of the Qi charger is keep breathing all the way, this means the contact between Qi charger and Qi reciver is no problem.
#2 If point#1 is fine. Keep the position both of Qi receiver and Qi charger as #1, then attached the Qi receiver to your phone and check if the charging go smoothly.
If charging still not go smoothly, that mean the Qi receiver may not compatible to your iPhone as a special case although it is almost compatible to all other iPhones. Therefore you can just request refund anytime.
