1. Strongest: 50mile; Medium: 40mile; Low: 35mile. Please choose the right antenna.The number of channels you get is determined by what s being broadcast in your area, how far away you are from the towers, and your surroundings.
2. The actual receivable range may highly dependents on your distance and location. Areas with large obstructions such in valleys, mountains, buildings,etc will reduce effective range. Always re-scan for TV channels after moving the digital TV antenna, the result may be better.
3. If the signal is weak or no signal: Maybe the high-frequency amplification tube was breakdown by the leakage of the static electricity or TV, set-top box.
4. If it can accept the signal but the screen is not clear or receive a few television stations Maybe the place where the antenna is and the geographical environment that caused the weak reception signal which lead to the picture shown as mosaic.
5. The signal is susceptible to interference when rainning or aircraft through. Because it transmits via terrestrial digital signal which can be affected by ground wave transmission.
