Operation
1.To turn on the thermometer, press "ON/OFF" button, pull the probe away from the thermometer body. The LCD screen will options, then display the current probe temperture.
2.The thermometer is set to display temperatures in degrees Fahrenheit (°F). To switch to Celsius (°C), press "°C/°F" button.
3.Saving max temperature records by press "°C/°F" button for 6 seconds.
4.Insert the probe into the thickest part of the food to get its temperture.
5.Data-Hold. Before withdrawung the probe from the food, press "HOLD" Button. It will display the temoerature reading until pressed again.
6.The temperture will be displayed on the LCD screen.
7.The thermometer will turn off automatically after 10 minutes if no other buttons are pressed.
8.To change the battery, open the case on the reverse side of the thermometer. Replace with an AAA battery.
