Instructions:
1) Bring 4-6" of water to a boil in a saucepan.
2) Using tongs, place the DentalGuard into the pan for 15 seconds.
3) Remove the guard using tongs and wait for 30 seconds.
4) Place the DentalGuard in mouth and bite.
5) Use your tongue to press firmly along the roof of your mouth, and finish molding with your fingers.
