③.Tighten the nut on the top of the inflatable ball in case there is gas leakage during the inflation.
④.Inflate the airbag till the user feels appropriate.
⑤．Roll the blue air control valve to the bottom.Stop the air getting into the inflation system.
⑥．Enjoy the treatment.

2.Deflating steps
①.Roll the blue air control valve to the top,unscrew the nut of the inflatable ball and slightly press the device till the air inside is all gone.
②.If the device is frequently used,no need to squeeze all the air out.Just keep it naturally leaking for the instant inflation of a secondary use.
