Super Start Distiller s Active Dry Yeast (DADY). One POUND pkg. Ferments to 18-22% alcohol by volume. NOTE: Use yeast nutrient to obtain the highest alcohol level. This yeast is NOT used for wines or beers. Instructions on package: Use at a rate of 1 - 2 pounds per 1,000 gallons of mash. Add directly to fermenter as mash is introduced. Yeast can be reconstituted by the addition of water at 93-97 degrees and then added to mash at the start of fermenter fill. Nitrogen flushed package for highest quality.
