Russian Piping Tips set by It s All Good (TM). This set includes 27 icing piping tips, a tri-color coupler a reusable silicone bag. The tri-color coupler is best used with three thinner disposable bags as the threading becomes difficult to use with three canvas, cloth and silicone bags. However, the tri-color coupler may be used as a single color coupler inserted completely into the silicone bag included. Please pay special attention to the numbering and order of the tri-color coupler pieces when reconnecting them together as there is only one way to fit them together properly. *Professional and reusable product, easy to store and transport* 100% brand new. Create your own beautiful cakes and cookies with these icing nozzles. 1.) Wash the nozzle in hot water. 2.) If not using the coupler, prepare the piping bag by cutting it so that 1/16" of nozzle pops out of the pipping bag. and insert the nozzle into the bag. OR 3.) Use the coupler by placing the white three pieces into the bag and cutting the bag just where the threading is and then secure the nozzle to the bag with the green plastic ring. 4.) Put the buttercream frosting/icing into the bag. You can place the bag into a tall glass and fold the bag over the top of the glass s rim to make it easier to stuff with icing. Butter cream must be firm and not too soft. 5.) Place the nozzle to the cupcake/cake base, then while squeezing gently, lift the nozzle. 6.) Use a leaf nozzle (not included) to fill in the gaps 8.) If the buttercream is too soft the buds will be closed or just mush. Pop in the fridge, if necessary. The 304 stainless steel, food grade piping tips are all one batch formed, not welded together so they are stronger and last longer. The tips are dishwasher safe.
