Also, please understand that the multicolor items are made by mixing two colors of silicone together, thus possibly creating a third color where the two colors meet or overlap. (i.e. Orange/Black might end up showing a brownish hue where the orange silicone and black silicone meet). There have been numerous instances of other companies selling under our product listing when they do not actually have what is pictured. Instead, they actually have a much lesser quality version that is vastly different from what is pictured. Please note that there have been instances of this happening even when other companies are selling the product using "Fulfillment by Amazon" or "Prime". If you did not purchase this product from Direct Connection Company and you received a lower quality version, then you did NOT receive a ModShield ByJojo product. We ask that you do not leave a negative product review without explaining that you received a product different from the picture as well as including pictures of the item if at all possible.
