HOW TO BALANCE
1. There is a telescopic boom arm with a locking knob.

BALANCING TIP: Letting the boom arm all the way down allows you a bit more leverage to balance.

2. You can start off by removing all the weights if you have a very light camera, but in my case, my camera is rather on the heavy side since it is a full frame camera.

3. Attach the mounting sleds to your camera with the long side facing forward and backward.

TIP: If your lens is heavy, place more of the mounting sled forward towards the lens.

4. Use a coin to tighten the 1/4" screw on thread after you have tighten it by hand.

5. Hold the handle to see how the whole setup moves or gets lopsided to.

6. Make adjustments on both the mounting sleds by sliding them forward and backward and side to side. Be sure to tighten them after each adjustment and before
testing so that your camera does not slip out.

7. Make any micro adjustments where necessary. Use the bubble level as a reference.


OPTIONAL TIP: If you would like, write down on a piece of paper the correct adjustments for each setup (camera + lens + any other peripheral such as LED panels, mics, etc).
There is a ruler with numbers and measurements for you to see exactly how much to micro adjust. These are what you write down. So next time you use the same setup,
there is no need for balancing out from scratch. You can make micro adjustments where needed for efficiency.

TIP: Use your non-dominant hand to hold the handle, while you hold the base of the gyro with your dominant hand. You can use your dominant hand to turn the camera
if needed and it provides additional support to hold the set up.
