Q1 : Why the charging box can not charge the earphones?
A:There is a power switch on the box, you need turn on it, if it is turn on, there is a blue indicator.
Q2 :How do I know the earphones are full charge?
A: The indicaor is blue light when full charge, if it is red light ,it means they are not full charge.

Step Three:press the left earbuds untill the indicator flashing red and blue, and turn on the right earbud.(or you can put the both earbuds in the charging box and turn on the power switch, then take the out ,they will turn on and get a pair mode automatically), then search the earphones in your phone and pair it , then you can enjoy the stereo sound again .
